Your refusal, or your questions
Who must be refused what, and where that data lives. Or the six questions from the buyer's guide: we answer with today's status, and a month for each gap or a plain “no date yet”.

Where it sits in Kovac today
Which data path your refusal sits on, and whether Kovac checks that path yet. If a pilot fits: one dataset, supplied as files, and one workflow.

A written pack, within 48 hours
That answer, the earliest start date we can offer and, if a pilot fits, its fixed price – in writing, within 48 hours of the session. It signs you to nothing. All the terms.
Your contract is with Koralis AI Limited, and it can be signed today. A pilot on personal data waits for a data processing agreement (no date yet). Professional indemnity insurance: not held today.
