Ask about a Quick-Start →Quick-Start and Proof Pilot · Kovac in beta
You bring the refusal and one dataset. We set Kovac up locally, on your own machines, and try to pass your test on your data. There is a go/no-go on day five: you can stop after week one.
Our first early-access pilot, unpaid, is running; paid pilots start from late October 2026.
What a pilot would do for your team: Bids and work-winning, finance, sales and account management, marketing, groups and private equity, risk and audit and IT, security and AI leads.
The route in
Step 1 · free · one per organisation
One working session with both founders. Bring the refusal a pilot would have to pass, and describe the data it would run on. No data changes hands and nothing is installed. In the session we work out which route to data your refusal sits on and whether Kovac checks that route yet.
You get a written pack within 48 hours of the session: that answer, the earliest start date we can offer, and, if a pilot fits, its fixed price.
Book a free Scoping ReviewIt signs you to nothing.
Test your data rule · three questions
Two minutes, on this page. Your answers go nowhere unless you email them; bring them to the Scoping Review, or put them to any vendor, including us.
Email your three answers to both founders
Your email opens with the subject filled in; write over [who], [what data] and [the refusal].
Step 2, if you want it in writing first · redacted extracts only
Send us your AI-use policy (or tell us you don't have one) and the AI and confidentiality clauses from up to five client contracts. Redacted extracts only, with no names, signatures or contact details; send nothing your client contracts forbid you to share. After a 90-minute working session with a founder, within two weeks, you get:
On Microsoft 365? Ask for it as an M365 gap check. The same session, working from Microsoft 365 settings – sensitivity labels, data loss prevention (DLP), Purview and Copilot configuration, SharePoint structure – not content. Kovac does not sit in front of Copilot, and it does not connect to SharePoint yet: SharePoint and OneDrive, with Microsoft Entra ID sign-in, are in alpha testing, for release by the end of October 2026.
£1,500 + VAT, fixed, credited against the pilot if you go on to one.
Pencil it in now; it signs you to nothing. It starts once a data processing agreement is in place (no date yet), under a confidentiality agreement Koralis AI Limited signs at the same time. Send us nothing before then. It is not legal advice. Professional indemnity insurance: not held today.
Ask about a policy dry runStep 3 · the pilot and the price
Your contract is with Koralis AI Limited (company number 16558134). A pilot on personal data waits for a data processing agreement; it has no date yet, so a late-October start on personal data depends on it. The terms below list every other gap. Book the Scoping Review and pencil in a start date: it signs you to nothing. Until December 2026 we run one pilot at a time, so the start date is the scarce thing.
Book a free Scoping ReviewThe pilot's job is to give you a payback figure, measured on your own work. Both run for four weeks from data access, on one workflow, locally on your own machines, from late October 2026. What differs is who each is for, and the security and governance pack that comes with the Proof Pilot.

Build your pilot scope
The work and the kind of organisation decide the scope: what a pilot is scoped around, which pilot it is, and what it will not show you yet.
The terms
Forward this section to whoever approves spend. It is the whole offer.
Shape of the four weeks
Your refusal, the dataset and the workflow, and the baseline for your payback measure, recorded before the pilot starts. The first half is due at the start.
If it isn't working for you, stop after week one. Stop at the day-five go/no-go and you pay only the first half.
We send your payback report. The second half is due when we send it.
What you'll see, on your data
Your refusal, tested on your data: today if it sits on a route Kovac checks (the Scoping Review tells you which), and on every route by the end of October 2026.
The decisions on the routes Kovac checks: refusals today; permitted requests too by the end of October 2026.
On record reads in Kovac today; on every read, including raw files and previews, by the end of October 2026.
The recorded decisions, in order, searchable. A log today; every entry signed as it is written by the end of October 2026.
Recorded, not required: the plan does not wait for the approval before it runs.
What you won't see yet
Kovac does not sit in front of them. It governs requests to data loaded into it.
SharePoint and OneDrive, with Microsoft Entra ID sign-in, are in alpha testing, for release by the end of October 2026. Until then, data held there can go into a pilot as an export, supplied as files.
Google Drive and shared drives, Gmail, and Docs and Sheets content, with Google sign-in, by November 2026. Until then, data held there can go into a pilot as an export, supplied as files.
Our own buyer’s guide says to test a vendor on a system you already run, not a copy. An October pilot can’t do that yet: your dataset comes as files, with markings agreed at the Scoping Review. Reading straight from your tables by December 2026.
If your client contracts forbid third-party AI
If your appointment or engagement letter says AI tools may not touch the client's material without consent, a pilot on that material needs it. Adapt this with your own legal team: it is a starting point, not legal advice, and every line in square brackets is yours to fill or ours to confirm.
Select the letter below and copy it.
Subject: Consent to a four-week pilot of a data-governance tool on [the material] Dear [name], Under our [appointment / engagement letter] dated [date], we need your consent before AI tools are used on material relating to your work. We would like to run a four-week pilot of Kovac, data-governance software from Koralis AI, on [describe the material, e.g. an export of our bid records for your projects]. What the pilot is: - Kovac runs on our own machines, on a copy of the material supplied as files; a hosted AI model, if we choose one, is outside them. - The AI model is [name the model, and whether a provider hosts it (and where) or it runs on our own network]; we choose it. Fields we mark as sensitive, such as [rates / names / contacts], reach it masked with placeholders; fields we don't mark reach it as they are. Text inside Word or PDF documents is not masked: it reaches the model as written. - Kovac checks requests to that material against our policy before they reach it. Today it does this on three of its seven routes to data, and on all seven by the end of October 2026. If a check fails to run, some requests still go through today; by the end of October 2026 they will be blocked. - Kovac is in beta and not yet in production anywhere. From late October 2026, in pilots, AI models connect through Kovac's check. The pilot tests whether it refuses what our policy forbids. - No personal data from the material goes to Koralis AI Limited before a data processing agreement with it is in place. - Koralis AI Limited deletes anything it holds within 30 days of the pilot ending, and confirms the deletion in writing. We would use the material only for the pilot, which ends on [date]. Please reply to confirm you consent, or tell us what you would need first. Yours, [name]
